Cotter Pins
DIC Fasteners is an Exporter of Cotter Pins, also known as split pins, a simple fastener that is used to secure a bolt or any other rod-shaped fastener. Cotter pins contain a narrow U-shaped piece of metal with a flared and circular top. Once the cotter pin is placed into the hole, the two ends are bent in different directions deforming the pins so they cannot easily remove from a hole.
It is easy to install and remove Cotter pins; it comes in different shapes and sizes, but the most common is the split pin variety.
DIC offers a wide selection of cotter pins in a wide range of materials, finishes, and sizes, as well as a variety of types, including circle, clinch, bow tie, hammerlock, humped, ring, T-head, and self-locking cotter pins in custom as well as non-custom sizes, depending upon the applications.
